Graeme Leach is visiting professorial head of economic policy at the University of Lincoln and former chief economist and director of policy at the Institute of Directors (IoD). Graeme is a member of the Shadow Monetary Policy Committee at the IEA. 

He is also a former director of economic prosperity studies at the Legatum Institute. In 2024 he will launch a new economic consultancy, Genesis Economics, based on the Austrian school of economic thought.
