Session, Biography & Photo
Please supply your session title & short description, a 100 word biography and a head and shoulders photo. These will be published on the app and/or used by the Session Chair prior to speaking. Photographs for marketing use will be taken. You can opt-out of photographs when you register.
Presentation Consent
After the event, presentations will be available to delegates via a private web page on the BPA website and the Conference App. If you wish to supply an edited version for this, or if you would prefer to not make it available, please make this clear when registering
Audio Visual
If you have any special AV requirements, over and above the provision of an audio-visual system and support for your presentation, such as use of videos or internet access, please notify us when registering or email bpaspeakers@cl-events.com by Mon 2 October 2023.
Content & Deadline
Presentations should support your session, avoiding advertising material, and will be subject to BPA approval. Please send to bpaspeakers@cl-events.com by Mon 2 October 2023.
Format & Deadline
PowerPoint please, in a 16” x 9” format, using the opening and closing slides from the conference slide template. ‘DOWNLOAD SLIDE TEMPLATE’ here to use for your presentation.
Questions & Polls
Allow time for interaction, questions and discussions within your session. The Conference app can be used for this. See ‘Conference App’.
Timekeeping
Please ensure you run to time, allowing at least five minutes for questions at the end, unless you have agreed a longer or different arrangement.

A Session Chair will introduce and close your session, using your session description & biography, and oversee Q & As
Conference App
The app can be downloaded to any smart phone. It will feature speaker information, an attendee list, floor plans, feedback surveys and sponsor information. Speakers can benefit by using the live polling and Q&A features. It will launch in early October.
BPA Session Chairs will be holding online briefing calls with speakers and panellists.
You will be contacted directly on this nearer the event.
Attendance
You are invited to attend the conference, and receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Tickets for the Thursday Gala Dinner (£150+VAT) and Friday Boat Tour (£35+VAT) can be purchased when registering.
Accommodation
There are a limited number of bedrooms at the hotel at a special conference rate of £239.00 which are available when you register for the conference. Early booking is recommended. CLICK HERE for more information.
Arrival
If you are only coming to your session, please let us know and arrive 1 hour prior, in case the programme runs early. If you are unable to do this, please let us know your expected arrival time.

Business casual.
Travel
Speakers are requested to make their own travel arrangements.
