Collect your badge at the Welcome Reception on board the Silver Sturgeon: 19:00 – 22:00 on Tuesday 17 October 2023, OR on arrival at the Conference. Registration opens 8:30, Wednesday 18 October, located in the Trinity Suite on Basement Level 2, at the Leonardo Royal Hotel.
Attendees can share their details with one another, by scanning the QR codes on the Conference badges. Open the Conference App and select scanner from the menu, to instantly capture data and automatically store this important information in the contacts section of the App.
Your badge is required to gain entry into the Conference, exhibition, ALL social events and to board the Uber Boat by Thames Clipper vessels. Please do not lose it!
